Entwined
You are the dove that has mysteriously landed on my branch.
However, your violet petals shimmer like royalty in sunlight stance.
You are not the Valkyrie or her shadow,
but rather the leader, an independent Black Widow.
I am the wild Sagittarius, eager to ignite the trail in this maze.
Don’t worry, we are not Mt. Saint Helen with the tip ablaze.
You are the sweet smell of Iris, blooming in the glistening meadows.
Darkness, however, has withered as your magical aura arose.
You are not the haunted spirit scouring infinity
throughout the astral realm for serenity.
I am your dragon of dreams, gentle and powerful.
A king fit for his queen, true and graceful.
Don’t worry, the gods of mischief seek not to strike us ill.
It can be said, our love to be fulfilled.
We are entwined, carved sculptures, souls of a never-ending story.
As we pass, demons shall be enraged with fury.
We are not broken, mangled, or even shattered glass
from an unlucky mirror as time has come to pass.
They are like translucent crystals, reflecting light,
with the softest touch, wings wrapping us as we take flight.
Don’t worry, we are not the black hole in space.
As we strengthen together, so will our embrace.
